Hello again, we hope the piano is looking perfect in its new place in your home. 

Every Kawai piano has a Maintenance and Warranty Logbook, which should have been delivered with the piano. If yours wasn’t, please check with the carriers and the store, before reaching us here.

To continue your warranty registration, we need to know your piano’s serial number, which is recorded in the logbook. Use the form below to report it to us, along with a copy of the Setup Report page, even though it isn’t yet complete.

You should have an appointment with a technician within 3 months. Then, we can finalise your registration with your completed Setup Report.
