How the secure link works
Enter your piano’s serial and an email linked to it. We send a one-time link to that address — opening it proves the piano is yours. No password to remember.
The email must be one we hold for this piano — the owner’s, or someone they’ve authorised. The link works once and lasts 15 minutes.
